1. Acceptance

By creating an account, logging in, or using FamStak, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

FamStak is a household organization tool for schedules, tasks, shopping, reminders, bills, and related planning. It is provided for personal and household organization, not for regulated business, medical, legal, tax, or emergency-management use.

Third-party product, company, and service names may be used for identification or comparison only. Unless we clearly say otherwise, those references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

3. Accounts and Household Access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the information you add or invite others to access. Only invite people you trust into a family workspace. You are responsible for confirming that shared information is appropriate for the household members who can see it.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features may be billed through Stripe. Subscription management, cancellation, payment methods, and invoices may be handled through Stripe checkout or the Stripe billing portal. Unless a separate written policy says otherwise, fees are charged according to the plan selected at checkout and refunds are handled at FamStak's discretion where permitted by law.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use FamStak to break the law, violate privacy rights, harass others, or upload harmful content.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account or household data without permission.
• Do not interfere with the service, scrape it at abusive rates, or bypass security controls.
• Do not enter sensitive medical, legal, financial account, or children's information unless you have a household need and authority to do so.

6. Not Professional Advice

FamStak may help organize bills, tasks, events, and household information, but it does not provide professional financial, legal, tax, medical, safety, or caregiving advice. Verify important dates, payments, reminders, and decisions independently.

7. External Calendars and Third-Party Content

You may connect public or authorized calendar feeds and import calendar files. You are responsible for having permission to access, copy, and share that material and for complying with the source provider's terms. Team, league, school, company, venue, and other third-party names, schedules, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Connecting a feed does not imply that FamStak is affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by its provider.

External sources can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or withdrawn. Verify important dates, locations, cancellations, and other details with the authoritative source.

8. Availability and Data Accuracy

FamStak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free data, calculations, reminders, or calendar output. You are responsible for verifying important household information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamStak will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page. Continued use of FamStak after changes means you accept the updated terms.
